such a long time since i posted anything...alot of ppl thought i am using friendster blog but hell no. Some of the things i dont thing i can share with all the people in my friendster list..
I am rushing my contempt issue report now but i cant seem to focus..too many tings are on my head..making me feeling confused and complicated..some things just cannot be controlled...had been drinking almost everyday..ya..ALMOST EVERYDAY! wth...think my liver gonna spoil one day..*touch wood* have been workign alot of days in carribean since school reopens..very different from elite..though both are ktv pubs..it is kinda of fun..and sometimes still crazy enough to go nos drink till 6am in the mrn after work..ya..mi n mich...2 crazy women..
and these few weeks got lan tao huas..kinda of scary...ya..is huas not hua...it means mroe than one..quite a few...y?? i rather get one good taohua then so many lan tao hua...
i did smtht hat i shouldnt have done...adn these had make me xin shen bu ning...i feel confused and i didnt know whether i had made the right choice...hope i can get out of this stupid mess soon...

anyway..i have been feelign veyr irritated these few days...coz i have outbreak%!&#%& tmd! very jialat..i dun even dare to put makeup at the moment..and so many ppl have been asking me out and i have been rejecting so many..feel bad abt it...weight have been shooting up too...coz have been eating alot of things...ya...alot! u cannot imagine how much a girl like me can eat..
2more days to end of internship..kinda of happy but sad also...those very mixed feelings...
need to find new parttime....my timetable is 3-6pm...so i can only work during the night...perhaps pub or smth ba...pay also higher...
i hate the feelign that i m nto tall enough to do alot of stuff..short is not my fault..blame my mum k...coz she is shorter than me...

日常生活中有什麼因素會導致乳癌？相信愛美的女性一定難以想像，胸罩也可能成為致癌的因素，這有理可循的。因為胸罩長時間壓迫著胸部，將使毒素停滯在胸部的組織當中，而如果穿戴胸罩的時間一天長達18小時以上，毒素便會盡其所能在這一部位將正常細胞轉移成癌細胞。
1990年，日本的醫學界在幫助女性豐胸的實驗中發現一個現象，就是受試女性 經過 3 個月的胸罩長時壓縮後， 胸部都縮小了，胸圍則變大了，左右兩乳頭的距離也變寬了， 乳房變得更加下垂，也就是說，胸部在胸罩的壓力下變大了， 變大的原因來自淋巴液的 增加，淋巴管的壓縮可能導致毒素集中於胸部組織。
人體其他部分毒素可以慢慢的排除，胸部的毒素卻容易停滯不去，所以當再有一次毒素侵襲胸部時，病變就將發了。由於胸部的淋巴管接近表皮，特別容易受到壓抑，淋巴系統中另一個重要的結構為淋巴結，腋窩就是淋巴結主要的聚集部位。這包牯腋下及胸部上緣的部位約有20到30個淋 巴結深埋著，過濾來自乳房、手臂及胸腔上部的淋巴液，淋巴結能排除過濾淋巴液中的廢物，所以是預防病變的尖兵， 當淋巴結偵測到外來的異物例如:細菌、毒素，或癌 細胞時，淋巴結就會變得腫 脹，如喉嚨痛一般。
淋巴液也負責清除毒素的任務，毒素很容易囤積在脂肪中，胸部的脂肪就是絕佳的囤積部位，而當淋巴液的流動受阻，其清除毒素的能力也會受干擾，如此環環相扣，就不難瞭解胸部受到胸罩長時間壓迫後，可能引發的問題。
所以為了避免乳癌的發生，女性應該儘量縮短穿戴胸罩的時間，一天最好不要超過 12小時。

１.切下小兄弟做頸鏈

海南三亞駐軍某部戰士發現一隻金黃色的蝙蝠，極為可愛。
2004年11月16日下午，海南三亞市田獨鎮駐軍某部戰士，在瓜菜地的香蕉園裡，發現一隻金黃色的蝙蝠，捉獲後引起眾多戰友的觀看。
大家認為，蝙蝠一般都是黑色的，且不會討人喜歡；
而捉獲的這只蝙蝠，卻不一樣，金黃色的身軀，極為可愛。
據戰士班長劉洋介紹，這隻金黃色的蝙蝠是戰士黃妙峰在香蕉葉子上發現的，報告給他後戰士們一起把它捉獲了。
這只蝙蝠兩翅膀張開有30公分長，性情溫和，用手逗它也不會咬人，給它水便用嘴吸起來，放了一夜也不聽到它鳴叫。
兩隻耳朵似四片花葉，細細的金色小毛長滿全身，不知這叫什麼蝙蝠。
戰士們說，不知這種蝙蝠有否研究價值，他們希望捐獻給研究部門。
目前，蝙蝠還養在部隊裡，它只喝一點水，也不吃東西，戰士們不知如何讓它生存下去。

Xmas
This year xmas was one year that I received the most pressies…so many that I m so lazy to list down…haha…went to charcoal (the shatec restaurant) and tmd..so ex lah! Around 110bukcs for 2 person, excluding the corkage charge...then chatted with the teacher until the restaurant closed..went to kster to sing after that..and met up with evelyn n yufang for death note 2 at 2.20am..lol…that time was sneak preview..that is y so late…
New Year
New year eve I spent at chien’s hse bbq-ing, mahjonging and playing cards..there were mi, bao bei, chien, keffy, chun teng, jun an, bing hong, wen qi and Johnny..it was fun. The hse were filled with smoke sia..drank quite a lot..then we countdown and drink shots of vodka coz it is new year..then we called the to other ppl like chris n ding yuan n mel and sing happy bdae song to them..lol..kinda of dumb..we just want to do funny stuff…
It was fun..coz we played murderer n detective and Indian poker..super long time nv play murderer n detective le..not the blink blink one..is the press hand one..then so funny..bao bei always tio murderer one..then I always kanna murdered..and we eat so much till I feel like vomiting…
I hadn’t have the time o think about my new year resolution yet and I need to rush my portfolio n contemporary issue by this sat!
Clubbing
That day met up with yufang n evelyn n supposingly jailing too…but jailing didn’t only came awhile..coz she got bike exam the next day..it was like after so many years…and we know each other for around 8-9 years or more..that is cool…we went to zouk mambo…it was fun..first time I go to mambo nite…I love the mambo music…
Anyway..it was weird lah..coz jailing didn’t come but her godbrother did…and with his big grp of airforce guys..super weird..so many ppl..i dun even rem 3 person name..i only rem Jason(jialing’s godbro) n YY..these two names..lol..bad stm mah…drink quite a lot..lychee martini..tquila shots..baileys milk and dunno what..haha..but it was really fun..and the best thing is we didn’t pay for anything…but I felt so bad..so later when we took cab to geylang eat touhua that time..i forced YY to take my money..lol..
That time went mos with chien n chris n wenqi..was fun too..but I seriously hate guys that I dunno at all stand very close me and hug my waist! That is damn uncomfortable lah..if I know u is still not that bad..but HELLO! I dunno u at all..and the worst thing is..he hug both mi n chien together..one hand one person..and dance super close to us..bth chien n mi so uncomfortable lah..trying to struggle away from him..if he is not wenqi’s fren, I sure pull chien and walk away one…
Haha..and Chien’s beauty had lured many predators sia..poor chien..haha…but coz she too pretty le…lol..i sounded like a lesbian..but I have always thought it is a waste that she didn’t go do part time modeling..she got the heights and got the looks..it is really wasted…
I am becoming a clubbing n pubbing n alcoholic freak sia..really enjoy drinking..and I do hope I can get drunk one day..that is my goal..lol…I dun mean that my alcoholic withstand is very good..but mine is not tat bad either..
